At Darum Home, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our bed sheets and home products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange if the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, you received the wrong size, design, or color, or if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: For hygiene reasons, washed or used bed sheets cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, simply contact us at info@darumhome.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 1–2 working days.
Once approved, please send the product back in its original condition.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchange Policy
If you’d like to exchange your item instead of returning it, we’ll be happy to assist.
We can exchange your product for a different size, color, or design, subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to damage, wrong item, or a manufacturing issue, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference (such as change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or washed bed sheets, customized or personalized products, or clearance/sale items (unless defective).
7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again.
Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
